Sendible is a popular tool for seamlessly managing social media profiles. It has five pricing plans to suit different customers and their varying business needs.

However, you may still need to find the perfect plan that fits your budget since the price increase from one Sendible plan to the next is steep (ranging from $29/month to $750/month).

Now, important features, such as a content and hashtag library and custom and automated reports, are only available with Sendible’s Scale+ plans, which start at $199/month. So, small businesses will need to pay a hefty sum to use the features that other alternatives offer at a lower cost.

In this guide to Sendible pricing, we will help you identify the best Sendible plans for different business types and also introduce you to a better-suited alternative.

A Quick Overview of Sendible Pricing

There are five Sendible pricing plans catering to different types of customers. As you move from affordable to expensive plans, you’ll get access to more users, social profiles, and features.

Here’s a quick breakdown of what each plan offers and how much it costs – Take a look to choose the best option for your business.

Sendible Pricing
Plan Pricing Accounts Supported Users Allowed
Creator $29 per month 6 profiles 1
Traction $89 per month 24 profiles 4
Scale $199 per month 49 profiles 7
Advanced $299 per month 100 profiles 20
Enterprise $750 per month 400 profiles 80

Sendible’s pricing plans cater to different customers, from individual creators to large enterprises. With each higher-tier plan, you unlock more features, users, and the number of social profiles you can manage.

Its Creator plan lets you manage 6 social profiles, while the Traction plan lets you manage 24 social profiles. However, their plans are not structured properly for businesses or marketers managing 10-15 social profiles.

The large gap between 6 profiles (Creator plan) and 24 profiles (Traction plan) makes users pay extravagantly. It led small businesses or content creators to choose other expensive options for these essential features.

Now, let’s take a detailed look at the various Sendible pricing options and plans and discuss who they’re intended for.

Sendible Pricing: In-Depth Breakdown of Its Plans for Different Business Types

In this section, you’ll find the various Sendible pricing plans that you can choose from and what each of these offers. Here you go:

1. Individuals

Suitable Sendible pricing plan for individuals:

Creator plan ($29/month, 6 social profiles)

Essential features included:

  • Unlimited social media content scheduling
  • AI-powered content assistant
  • Comments monitoring and replies
  • Option to tailor posts for each platform
  • A daily posting limit of 100 sends
  • Canva and other essential integrations
  • Post validation
  • Bulk scheduling & CSV uploads
  • 10 smart queues per plan
  • Repeat content
  • Basic analytics and quick reports

With an affordable $29 per month pricing and a whole set of features, Sendible’s Creator plan is actually quite a steal. It’s perfect for individuals who want to manage multiple social profiles and require just the essential features for effective social media management.

The good news is you get a lot more than just essentials with this plan. If you compare it with other tools, you’ll find that features like bulk scheduling and smart queues are either not available or restricted to more expensive plans.

Overall, we have to give it to Sendible to design a pricing plan for individuals that offers great value for money.

Missing features:

  • Team collaboration features and approval workflows
  • Advanced analytics and reporting options
  • White-labeling options for agencies
  • Bulk posting custom tags
  • Dedicated account manager
  • Multiple user profiles and calendars

While Sendible’s Creator plan has all the features an individual would require, it doesn’t provide you with access to all that the tool has to offer. The most notable features that are missing from this pricing plan are advanced reporting options, such as custom and automated reports.

However, if you’re an individual who wants to manage a few social profiles, you do get everything you need. The features that are missing are good to have, but not necessary.

2. Small Businesses

Suitable Sendible plan for small businesses:

Traction ($89/month, 24 social profiles)

Essential features included:

  • Allows 4 users or social media calendars
  • Option to manage up to 24 social profiles
  • A daily posting limit of 200 sends
  • 30 smart queues per plan
  • Basic team collaboration features
  • Client dashboards
  • Basic task assignment and approvals
  • User management

If you compare the Creator and Traction pricing plans, you’ll notice that there’s not a lot of difference in the features offered. The most notable difference is in the number of users and social profiles you can manage.

Since businesses would typically require multiple users to be able to access the tool, that’s mainly what you’d pay for when you choose this plan.

Is this the best plan for your small business? If you need multiple users and more than six social profiles, yes. Otherwise, if you have a very small business, opting for the Creator plan is likely better for you.

Missing features:

  • Advanced reporting options
  • Custom approval workflows
  • Content & hashtag library
  • Dedicated account manager
  • Campaign-wise reporting

Sendible’s Traction plan offers all the essential social media management features a small business would need. However, you will miss features like approval workflows for better team collaboration, custom reports, and automated report delivery.

Also, you can’t track the performance of individual campaigns, though you do get basic analytics and reporting.

3. Multi-Locational Brands

Suitable Sendible plan for multi-locational brands:

Scale ($199/month, 49 social profiles)

Essential features included:

  • Allows 7 users or social media calendars
  • Option to manage up to 49 social profiles
  • 2 custom reports per user
  • A daily posting limit of 300 sends
  • Custom approval workflows
  • Content & hashtag library
  • Campaign-wise analytics and reporting
  • 70 smart queues per plan
  • Customer success onboarding & training
  • Dedicated account manager
  • Dedicated customer success manager

The reason this plan is great for multi-locational businesses is that it offers great team collaboration features and allows up to seven users. So, if you want multiple logins and custom approval workflows, this is a great option for you.

However, this Sendible plan might not be sufficient for large businesses with too many locations. If that’s the case, then the Advanced or Enterprise plans will be more suitable for you.

Missing features:

  • User access permissions
  • Bulk posting custom tags
  • Live report sharing
  • White-labeling

Except for a few features, which you get only with the top two plans, this plan has everything you would practically need to manage multiple social profiles. Additionally, there are team collaboration features that allow multiple teams from different locations to work together seamlessly.

Overall, the only thing that could have made this plan even better was user permissions to limit who gets access to what data. But if that’s not a concern for you, this plan has everything you need.

That said, if you want more users or social profiles, you’ll need to upgrade to the Advanced plan, which comes at a much higher price point.

4. Agencies

Suitable Sendible plan for agencies:

Advanced ($299/month, 100 social profiles)

Essential features included:

  • Allows 20 users or social media calendars
  • Option to manage up to 100 social profiles
  • Paid promotions reporting for multiple channels
  • Customized user access permissions
  • A daily posting limit of 500 sends
  • White-labeling options for agencies
  • 3 custom reports per user
  • Live report sharing
  • Unlimited smart queues
  • Custom tags & fields

Sendible’s Advanced plan is perfect for agencies, as it allows up to 20 users and 100 social profiles, along with white-label reports. Combine that with custom user access and approval workflows, and you’ll have the perfect plan for agencies.

This Sendible pricing plan has all the features you’d need to manage social profiles for multiple clients. The only drawback is that it doesn’t allow unlimited users and profiles, so you can manage profiles for up to 20 clients, not more.

Missing features:

  • Unlimited users and social profiles
  • 24/7 phone support

The only thing that could have made the Advanced plan by Sendible better would be no limits on the number of users and social media profiles. There aren’t any features that are missing from this plan that are available with the Enterprise plan.

In fact, the only difference between the two is that the Enterprise plan allows a lot more users and social profiles and has higher limits on restricted features.

As such, if you run a big agency and want to manage a lot more clients, you might need to consider upgrading to the Enterprise plan.

5. Enterprises

Suitable Sendible plan for large enterprises:

Enterprise ($750/month, 400 social profiles)

Essential features included:

  • Allows 80 users or social media calendars
  • Option to manage up to 400 social profiles
  • A daily posting limit of 500 sends
  • Unlimited smart queues
  • Access to all features the tool offers

Sendible’s Enterprise pricing plan includes all the features the tool has to offer. For features that have monthly limits, it allows the highest upper limits.

Though it doesn’t allow unlimited profiles, the limit of 400 profiles is generous enough for any business. You can create up to 80 social media calendars, so if you want to manage separate business lines or brands within one corporate umbrella, this plan is enough for you.

Missing features:

  • 24/7 phone support
  • Unlimited users and social profiles
  • Social listening features

The only things missing from Sendible’s Enterprise pricing plan are 24/7 telephonic customer support, unlimited users and social profiles, and social listening features.

Given the high price point and the fact that the plan is meant for large enterprises, you’d expect no limits on the number of social profiles, at the very least. Many similar tools offer that option with their top-tier plans.

Priority support or telephonic support is also expected, which is missing.

It’s happened twice since I started over a year ago, that the services were useless to me, because of some glitch or another, and the communication back and forth was a bit spotty – not consistent with having one person who was overseeing the issue and following through with total and focused attention to my immediate needs.

6. Non-Profits

Suitable Sendible plan for non-profits:

Creator and Traction (Starting at $29/month and 6 social profiles)

Essential features included:

  • All features covered under these two plans

Sendible doesn’t offer any pricing plan that’s designed specifically for non-profits. However, you can start with one of its two least expensive plans and get a discount. It offers a 15% discount on monthly plans and a 25% discount on annual plans for non-profits.

If you run a large non-profit group, you may also consider the more expensive plans at discounted prices. There’s also an option to design a plan per your needs, but that’s best suited for large enterprises with very specific requirements.

Missing features:

  • All the additional features and services available with the higher-tier plans

If you choose one of the two starter plans, you’ll get access to only the essential social media management features, without any extra bells and whistles. Anything that is offered only with the higher-tier plans won’t be accessible to you.

An Alternative to Sendible – SocialPilot

Sendible is a popular tool for social media management and caters to the diverse needs of different types of customers. Does this mean there’s something for everyone? Probably not.

While there are different pricing plans for varied customers, Sendible is restrictive in what they offer with the starting plans. Most customers may have to upgrade to a higher-tier plan just to access one specific feature.

That’s why we recommend considering SocialPilot as a more flexible alternative to Sendible. Here’s a quick comparison of the two:

Despite the multiple options available, Sendible may not be the best choice for many businesses. Here are some of its limitations that may lead you to look for an alternative:

  • Sendible restricts the number of users and social profiles on every plan. Most competitors remove such restrictions on the top-tier plans.
  • If you want more users or social profiles, you can buy bundles to add to your current plan, which costs extra. For example, with Sendible’s Creator plan, you get access to 1 user and 6 profiles. By adding a bundle to it, you’ll get an extra user and an additional 6 profiles at another $29, which means your Creator plan will now cost $58/month instead of $29/month.
  • Advanced features like custom reports and smart queues also have monthly limits, along with restrictions on daily sends.
  • There is no free plan, however you can use its 14-day free trial to test the interface. Even that’s not available for the Advanced and Enterprise plans.
  • There are no additional features with the Enterprise plan, just an increase in users, profiles, and monthly limits, making it less useful than the plans other similar tools offer.
  • While there is an option to speak to experts one-on-one, Sendible doesn’t offer 24/7 phone support to its customers.
  • Several users have complained about technical issues and features not working seamlessly.

You can’t tag any people or pages in your posts. The system seems confusing and illogical when setting up multiple clients.

We have had issues adding new accounts to Sendible and having them work immediately – the user has to sign in and sign out several times before they can get it to appear.

As you can see, there’s a need for a better alternative that offers great features at competitive pricing and with more flexible plans. SocialPilot is just what you need. Here’s what makes SocialPilot a more affordable and flexible alternative to Sendible:

  • SocialPilot allows up to three users and 15 social profiles for $42.50/month, making it suitable for both individuals and small startups.
  • The starting plan also has basic analytics, team collaboration, and manager approval features. It allows small businesses with basic needs everything they need, without paying for a more expensive plan.
  • The top two plans offer unlimited users and the Enterprise plan also offers unlimited social media profiles. This means that you don’t need to pay extra for additional users or accounts.
  • Even with the two cheaper plans, extra users and profiles cost a lot less than what Sendible and other such tools charge.
  • SocialPilot also excels at customer support with its 24/5 multi-channel support, including phone support.
  • While there are fixed plans to suit different customer needs, there’s enough flexibility to add more users or profiles without buying multiple subscriptions. This helps it cater to a more diverse range of customers and business needs.

Final Verdict

Sendible is a great tool that offers many useful features to help individuals and businesses manage their social media accounts with ease. If any of the Sendible pricing plans fit your needs perfectly, then go for it; it’s a great tool.

However, if you need more flexible plans where you can add more users or accounts at nominal costs without buying multiple subscriptions or upgrading, it might not be your best option.

Look for more flexible and affordable alternatives like SocialPilot that don’t impose as many monthly limits and offer more value for money.
