Finding real screenshots of corporate intranets is an obstacle course: these platforms are private, so companies rarely publish images of their internal tool. I sorted and collected 17 examples of real intranets in pictureseach time with the real interface, the name that the company has given to its intranet and its sector.
These intranets were designed with various solutions (SharePoint, Jalios, Jamespot, LumApps, Happeo, Staffbase, Simpplr), most of which are present in my comparative. Enough to inspire you very concretely, by seeing what a modern intranet looks like depending on the sector.
What is an intranet?
A intranet is a private digital space, reserved for company employees. Unlike a classic website open to all, it is only accessible internally and brings together company news, HR documents, business tools, the directory and collaboration spaces in one place.
In short, it is the digital home of your teams: the daily entry point where we find useful information, where we exchange and where we access our applications. Modern intranets also take care of the user experience to really make you want to connect.
Still, the choice of solution makes all the difference. If you are still hesitant, this guide will help you see things clearly: what are the best intranet software for your business.
